  • Ensuring that the passport photograph uploaded is a clear and accurate representation of yourself.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Updating your information promptly if your medical condition or emergency contacts change.

Important: Emergio is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.

3. Use of the Service

Emergio provides a platform to store and display emergency medical information. This service is intended to assist medical professionals in emergency situations but should not be the sole source of medical information. Always consult with healthcare professionals for medical advice.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Fees for physical ID cards are non-refundable once the production process has begun.
  • Payments are processed securely via Paystack. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and logistics providers.

5. Intellectual Property

The Emergio name, logo, and all related branding, software, and content are the property of Emergio and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Emergio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting a notice on our website or via email.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
